Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Canada and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Corporations, governments, and other entities are not eligible to participate. Employees, affiliates and agents are also not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on the specified dates from 12:00AM to 11:59PM CST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants receive one entry for every dollar spent at www.rotorvillage.ca during the Giveaway Period. For example, if you spend $10, you will receive 10 entries into the Giveaway. 

4. Entry Limits
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn, as long as the entries correspond to the amount spent within the Giveaway Period. Each dollar spent equals one entry.

5. Order Refunds or Cancellations
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, any entries associated with that order will be disqualified and removed from the Giveaway. Only valid, completed purchases during the Giveaway Period will be eligible for entry.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via the contact info on their order within 30 days of the Giveaway's conclusion. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be chosen.

7. Prize
The winner will receive a prize specified in the announcement as the primary prize. However, the winner may choose to convert this prize into store credit at the value specified to be used on future purchases from Rotor Village Inc. The store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

8. General Terms
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Rotor Village Inc., which are final and binding. Rotor Village Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

9. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Rotor Village Inc. permission to use their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

10. Privacy
Rotor Village Inc. will not share, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information to any third parties, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rotor Village Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Modification/Cancellation
Rotor Village Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud or technical issues. Any such changes will be communicated to participants.

14. Acknowledgement
By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
