Pro Tip: We aim to ship orders within 1 business day. However, orders containing 3D printed parts or "Special Order" items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Policies
- Real-Time Rates: Costs are calculated by carriers based on weight and dimensions. Per carrier policy, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
- Accuracy Matters: Please double-check your address. Incomplete info leading to return-to-sender fees will be at the customer's expense.
- Rural UPS Shipping: In rare cases, UPS does not service certain rural areas. If this occurs, we will ship via Canada Post.
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, any re-shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Support
All returns require an authorized support ticket. You can Open a Ticket Here or email support@rotorvillage.ca with your Order # and photos.
1. New & Unopened Items
- Window: 15 days from purchase.
- Condition: Must be sealed in original packaging.
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Defective or DOA Items
- Window: 30 days from purchase.
- Process: Provide photos/videos in your ticket. We cover return shipping for verified defective gear.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email as soon as your label is printed.
- "Is my delivery lost?" Canada Post may mark items "Delivered" 24 hours before they arrive. Please wait one full business day before contacting us.
