Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. 
You should expect to receive your refund after your package has been returned to the shipper. Items must be sealed in their original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee may be applied. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Alternately, you may send us a message through your Rotor Village account by logging in and selecting the order. 



Shipping

We ship Canada-wide daily. We can ship virtually anywhere in Canada via Canada Post & UPS. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Canada Post

    • Same day shipping on all orders placed before 2PM CST Monday to Friday. Exceptions may apply.

 

UPS/Purolator 

    • Same day shipping on all orders placed before 10AM CST Monday to Friday. Exceptions may apply.
    • There is a good chance orders placed later in the day will still be shipped the same day, however due to UPS restrictions we cannot guarantee that. 
    • We may ship via Purolator, if we change your method it is for your benefit. Note: these will need to be tracked on the Purolator website.
    • Note: In rare cases, UPS does not ship to some rural areas.
