Returns Policy (for new items)
ALL returns require you to create a support ticket. You can do this here or by emailing your order #, all relevant info and pictures to support@rotorvillage.ca. Please allow a minimum of 1 business day for a response.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund after your package has been returned to the shipper. Items must be sealed in their original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee may be applied. We do not cover the return shipping.

Returns for defective products must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. We cover the return shipping fee for defective items.
Any form of disrespect, profanity or rudeness towards any staff will immediately void all warranty & support. Be kind.
Shipping
We ship Canada-wide daily. We can ship virtually anywhere in Canada via Canada Post & UPS.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically by each carrier and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Canada Post
- Same day shipping on all orders placed before 2PM CST Monday to Friday. Exceptions may apply.
UPS/Purolator
- Same day shipping on all orders placed before 10AM CST Monday to Friday. Exceptions may apply.
- There is a good chance orders placed later in the day will still be shipped the same day, however due to UPS restrictions we cannot guarantee that.
- We may ship via Purolator, if we change your method it is for your benefit. Note: these will need to be tracked on the Purolator website.
- Note: In rare cases, UPS does not ship to some rural areas.
Please double check your shipping address BEFORE finalizing your order. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.
Tracking Deliveries
A tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number. Please note, some shipping methods may not have proper tracking options.
Is my delivery lost?
In rare cases, CanadaPost will mark a shipment as delivered even though it has not been. Very often it seems to actually be delivered later in the day or the following day. If this is the case, please check for the delivery again at the end of the next business day and if it has not been delivered contact your local post office immediately.
Order Processing Time
We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day unless otherwise communicated. Orders containing 3D printed parts may take additional processing time.
Failed Delivery
Please note in the rare case, if an item fails to be delivered to you after several attempts because no one was home to receive the package, the courier will return the package back to us at our expense. In case of this, we will try to contact you and make arrangements to deliver the package again. The additional charges incurred due to re-shipping will be forwarded to you, the customer. If the delivered has failed for any other reason, please contact us.
Damaged Delivery
If an delivery was damaged (visible damage on the packaging), please take photo evidence before opening and report the damage immediately.
